By selecting "Live Tracking" from the left menu in the dispatch system, you will be able to see the list of online, available, busy and offline drivers.
You can search for drivers name or vehicle number. By selecting the message icon, you can send messages directly to the each driver individually.
By clicking on a driver you can see their Ongoing, Upcoming and Completed trips.
You can see the Completed rides of the driver by clicking on “Completed rides”. You can also see the upcoming rides of the driver by clicking on “Upcoming rides:
Show Broadcasts- Live Tracking:
Dispatchers and Base Admins have the ability to see trip broadcasts in real time on the Live Tracking map. Each broadcast is shown as an animated ripple, expanding outward from the pickup address. The radius of the broadcast is set in the configuration settings by the Base Admin. Trip broadcasts take place in 3 steps, after each step there is a minute waiting period.
To view trip broadcasts go the the Live Tracking screen and select the Show Broadcasts checkbox.
