You can make these options available on Driver app. For these settings you need to login as a base admin. Select Configuration on from the side menu, the driver app options are located on the bottom half of the screen.
Acquire Member Signature: Here you can decide when the driver app will ask for the member signature. There is also a checkbox which allows the for the option of passenger refused to sign to be used. If At Pickup is selected the driver cannot start the trip until the passenger/member signature is completed, the same applies if At Drop Off is selected.
Driver action interval: You can enter the duration in seconds that a driver has to act upon an incoming trip request.
Wait Time: Enter the time threshold (in seconds), for which the driver has to wait for, before cancelling a trip.
Destination Address on Broadcast: Decide whether to show or hide destination address to the driver on broadcast.
Passenger name before Trip Start: Decide whether to show or hide passenger name before the start of a trip.
Future Rides: You can either show or hide a drivers future scheduled trips and also the numbers of days into the future that are displayed.
Interval to Start a Trip: This determines how far ahead of pickup time a driver can begin an booked trip.
Trip Price: Decide whether to let the driver can see trip price
Geo fence Radius: Click on enable, Enter the radius (in miles) between driver geo location and trip pickup/ drop address to update status. By clicking on the checkbox, driver can bypass geo-fence restriction.
Call to Dispatcher: Here you can enter the number that the driver can call through the app to speak to dispatch.
